Workday Specialist - Pay & Benefits System

Location: Worthing (hybrid, 2 days per-week on-site)

Salary: £40,000 - £51,000 per annum - dependant on experience

Tec Partners are working with a well known utilities company, who are looking for an experienced Workday Specialist, with particular experience with Workday Payroll modules. As a Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the configuration, integration and optimisation of the Workday system across key HR functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Workday System Administration
• Reporting and Data Analysis
• System Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
• Compliance & Governance
• Process Improvement and Optimisation

What they are looking for:

• Strong Workday experience
• Particular expertise with Workday Payroll modules, as well as Expenses, Compensation and Benefits modules
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
