This individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME), and system administrator, working closely with our Finance team to ensure the system is optimised to meet business needs. The role will be responsible for system configuration, integrations, security, and managing system updates, ensuring that Workday Financials aligns with business requirements and operates efficiently. User management and first-line troubleshooting will be handled by the Service Desk; this role will focus on advanced system support, process optimisation, and strategic enhancements. Additionally, the Workday System Administrator will support reporting needs by assisting users with report-building best practices and ensuring data integrity, rather than generating reports directly. The Workday System Administrator will also work closely with the Head of Test to ensure that all changes and updates undergo appropriate testing before being released into the live environment.
