Workday Testing & SIT Lead

Role Title: Workday Testing & System Integration Testing (SIT) Lead

Clearance: SC Clearance – Mandatory

Location: UK -Based, Hybrid (Onsite during SIT & UAT execution phases preferred)

Role Purpose:

Define and execute the full testing lifecycle for the Workday ERP implementation, ensuring all functional modules, integrations and reporting components are validated prior to Go -Live.

Develop and own the overall test strategy covering unit testing, SIT, regression testing and support to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Define detailed SIT plans covering inbound and outbound integrations, security controls and reporting validation. Coordinate defect management lifecycle including prioritisation, resolution tracking and retesting. Validate Secure by Design principles across integration and access controls. Ensure data integrity testing is aligned to Data Migration cycles and Parallel Payroll Runs. Produce test completion reports and readiness assessments for governance approval. Collaborate with functional and technical leads to ensure cross -module end -to -end process validation. Ensure audit traceability and structured evidence collection for regulatory compliance. Support readiness decision -making at Go/No -Go milestones.

Proven leadership of ERP testing programmes including Workday implementations. Strong experience managing integration testing across multiple interfaces. Familiarity with payroll and financial testing controls. Experience delivering structured testing within regulated or public sector environments. Ability to manage multi -supplier testing coordination.

Approved test strategy, SIT execution completion, UAT readiness certification, defect resolution tracking, final testing sign -off for Go -Live.
