Dawn Ellmore Employment are supporting a superb Law Firm in Birmingham who are seeking a Workflow Specialist to join their team. This role would see you providing support to the Operations Manager and coordinating workflow within the IP and business support teams. Ideally, you would have a background within Intellectual Property or a solid understanding of IP processes and systems, however those with strong workflow experience from a legal setting would also be considered. Experience in mentoring, training, or leading a team is a must for this position, as you will be expected to guide and showcase best practice to team members. Excellent organisation skills are key along with the ability to time-manage effectively and guide others to a high standard.

The duties will include:

* Supporting the Operations Manager with administrative and secretarial tasks.

* Providing support in procedures and processes.

* Coaching and mentoring team members.

* General administration, reception, print & post etc.
