Working Black Hat Supervisor

3D Personnel are currently looking for Working Black Hat Supervisors with strong civils and groundworks experience for construction projects in West Silvertown, London.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

Supervising site operatives and subcontractors while remaining hands-on with civils and groundworks activities
Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
Coordinating daily site operations and liaising with the site management team
Reading and interpreting drawings and ensuring work is completed to specification
Monitoring health and safety standards and ensuring compliance across the site
Organising labour, plant, and materials to maintain productivity
Carrying out groundwork and civil engineering tasks as required
Reporting progress, site issues, and any health and safety concerns to site management
Conducting work in accordance with industry health and safety standardsRequirements:

Must hold a valid Black CSCS Card
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is preferred
Strong civils and groundworks experience is essential
Previous experience working as a Working Supervisor on construction or civil engineering projects
Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on when required
Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
Must have valid ID/Passport
Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
