Working Foreman - High-End Residential

Location: Near Botley, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Van + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Blaymires Recruitment is working with an established building contractor near Botley who is searching for a Working Foreman to join their growing team.

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-end residential and listed building projects throughout the South. Due to an increase in project wins, they are looking for a hands-on leader to manage upcoming projects while working on the tools when required.

The Role of the Working Foreman:

• Overseeing and managing high-end residential and listed building projects.
• Leading a team of tradespeople to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Working on-site, combining supervision with hands-on trade work when needed.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project operations.
• Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed on-site.

Requirements of the Working Foreman:

• Experience as a Working Foreman or Working Site Manager in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Trade background (groundworks, bricklaying or carpentry preferred).
• Ability to work flexibly between management duties and hands-on site work.
• CSCS Card and SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Own tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
