An established and highly regarded bespoke interiors and construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Working Foreman to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with a strong joinery and carpentry background to oversee the delivery of prestigious high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will initially be based on a luxury residential development in the Woking area, before moving onto future projects across Surrey and the surrounding counties.

The Role:

As a Working Foreman, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of site activities while remaining hands-on when required. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the exceptional standards expected on high-end residential projects.

Responsibilities:

* Supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site.

* Carrying out high-quality carpentry and joinery work where required.

* Managing daily site operations to ensure programmes are met.

* Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the project.

* Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

* Liaising with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors.

* Organising materials, deliveries and site logistics.

* Resolving on-site issues efficiently and professionally.

* Leading by example and maintaining a productive working environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Working Foreman within the construction industry.

* Strong background in joinery and carpentry.

* Experience delivering high-end residential projects.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

* Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.

* Full UK driving licence.
