Scaffolding Working Supervisor

GM Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Scaffolding Working Supervisor to join a busy construction project.

Were looking for a reliable and experienced scaffolder who can lead a team on site while remaining hands-on when required.

The Role

Supervising a team of scaffolders on site;
Organising daily works and allocating tasks;
Ensuring scaffolding is erected, altered and dismantled safely;
Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team;
Monitoring quality, productivity and site standards;
Carrying out scaffold checks and ensuring works meet site requirements;
Leading by example and maintaining a strong focus on health & safety;
Assisting with scaffolding works when required.Requirements

CISRS Part 2 minimum
Previous experience as a working supervisor or leading a scaffolding team
Good knowledge of scaffolding safety and site procedures
Strong communication and leadership skills
CSCS/CISRS card and relevant qualifications
Full PPE
Reliable and able to work as part of a wider site team
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
