Working Supervisor - Greenford

We are recruiting for a Working supervisor to start ASAP. The site to be serviced is located in UB6 0FP. Shifts: Monday to Friday. Hours: 7:30am to 16:30pm. Please apply online for more details.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all schedules and tasks are completed on time and to the expected standards
• Lead a team of cleaners and ensure they are trained, motivated, and meeting performance targets
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to relevant parties
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Contract Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cleaning and a supervisory or team leader role
• Solid understanding of cleaning and facilities management procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• High level of attention to detail
