Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Regional Coordination:
Spearhead regional and global operational initiatives to ensure consistency and best practises across EMEA. Monitor performance and guarantee timely completion of operational deliverables. Identify areas for process improvement and enhance employee experience.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement:
Manage KPI frameworks and performance reporting to drive accountability and results. Lead transformation programmes that positively impact operational efficiency.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, developing robust policies and documentation. Oversee risk management and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards.
Reporting & Business Intelligence:
Coordinate all client and account reporting requirements, delivering insightful performance reports. Analyse operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Data Management & Analytics:
Maintain accurate regional data and lead business intelligence activities. Support senior management with analytics, reporting, and project tracking.
Employee Engagement & Communications:
Champion employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration and development. Analyse engagement survey results and implement actionable improvements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Provide guidance and mentorship to regional teams while building strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborate across various departments to promote operational excellence.
Innovation & Strategic Development:
Stay ahead of workplace trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance operations. Develop strategies that align with long-term operational goals and client objectives.
Regional Collaboration & Alignment:
Promote consistency across EMEA locations and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions. Organise stakeholder meetings and regional events to foster engagement.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
8-10 years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management. Proven experience managing multi-site operations. Strong analytical, organisational, and budget management skills. Experience leading teams in a matrix organisation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
Professional qualifications (FMP, CFM, IWFM). Degree in Business Administration or related field. Knowledge of sustainability and smart building technologies.
