Workplace Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client - a global law firm to join their highly valued and regarded Workplace team.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for their first role in a City law firm and to build on the customer service experience you have gained.

No two days will be the same!

You will support lawyers, PAs and colleagues across the business with all their printing, scanning, copying and post needs.

• Responsible for assisting in the running of the Workplace services within the Facilities team,
• providing an excellent workplace experience to internal clients, providing on-floor support,
• maintaining standards and assisting in post, print, copying, scanning and document management duties, as well as supporting the management of a health and safety of our people and our workplace.

You will receive full training but you must be highly organised and be able to communicate (in person and via email/messenger services) clearly.

There is a rota between 8am adn 7pm that you will be a part of and my client can provide a great salary and benefits and further opportunities.

Please note due to the nature of the role there may be occasions where lifting and manually handling will be involved.
