Workplace Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day workplace operations, manage general cleaning services, and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all staff, visitors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace & Facilities Operations: Oversee daily workplace management, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Service Coordination: Coordinate general cleaning, maintenance activities, and vendor management on-site.

Front-of-House & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace service inquiries, reporting issues, and resolving facility-related concerns promptly.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines across all facilities and cleaning procedures.

Issue & Ticket Management: Monitor and log maintenance or service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with site management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in a Facilities Management, Workplace Coordination, or Site Administration role.

*

Experience overseeing cleaning staff, contractors, or general facility services.

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on high customer service standards.

*

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and resolve operational challenges quickly.

Familiarity with workplace health and safety protocols
