Works Manager

I’m looking to speak to Works Managers for large infrastructure projects in the South East of England-these are some of the UK's largest live projects currently.

My client is one of the top specialist earthmoving contractors in the UK- in terms of turnover, profile and working environment/staff satisfaction.

As a Works Manager you will predominantly be on site, driving production in a safe and timely manner. You could have either an engineering or trades background and the ability to motivate a team and communicate at all levels.

Ideally, candidates will have at least 5-10 years of experience with specialist bulk earthworks contractors. Candidates from Civil Engineering main contractors will also be considered with the right level of earthworks exposure.

You will need CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and any other relevant tickets.

Salaries and packages are open to negotiation and there’s a lodge allowance for those working away. Base salaries will be between 65-85 k and the benefits package also includes an achievable bonus scheme.
