Your responsibilities will include:

• Assign jobs to our talented engineers, ensuring that each task is expertly organised and executed.
• Stay updated on traffic conditions and road closures, skillfully rerouting drivers as necessary. You'll be the voice of reassurance for our customers, keeping them informed of any potential delays.
• Work diligently to meet our strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely completion of all assignments.
• Maintain precise updates of job statuses within the company's system, ensuring everyone is in the loop.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience from a similar role in the construction sector, showcasing outstanding communication skills and proficiency in Excel. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will set you apart in this dynamic position.
