Workshop Administrator

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Workshop Administrator based in a depot in Rochester, Kent!

Key Responsibilities -

* Create and process WIP job cards and workshop documentation.

* Enter and check engineer timesheets accurately.

* Review job sheets, timesheets and invoices to support cost control.

* Raise invoices for completed work within agreed timescales.

* Maintain the workshop diary and schedule engineer workloads.

* Liaise with Sales and Service teams regarding workshop activities.

* Raise purchase orders and process goods received.

* Monitor LOLER inspections and maintain compliance records.

* Support holiday, sickness and Health & Safety administration.

* Maintain KPI records, reports and departmental documentation.

* Provide general administrative support as required.

Key Skills -

* Excellent organisational and administrative skills

* Ideally from the automotive or forklift trade

* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Accurate, methodical and detail-oriented

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Able to work under pressure and manage priorities

* Proactive and flexible approach

Hours - 7.30am - 4pm | Monday - Friday

Salary - £26 - 30k depending on experience.
