Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Assistant on behalf of our client, a reputable manufacturer of high-quality bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, and fitted interior furniture. Based in their joinery workshop in Leicestershire, the successful candidate will support the team in both workshop operations and product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company van to deliver bespoke furniture and joinery products
• Collect materials and make general deliveries as required
• Prepare and wrap bespoke joinery projects for delivery
• Assist in the paint and finishing shop
• Operate joinery machines (following training)
• Maintain general cleanliness and organisation of the workshop

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Have FLT (Forklift Truck) experience - not essential
