Workshop Controller

This leading Motor Group in Croydon has been growing and expanding year on year and they are looking for a Workshop Controller, basic £43k/£50k plus a generous monthly bonus, giving high earnings. They repair and service light commercial vehicles, including warranty work to manufacturers standard. You will have good experience of diagnostic skills with a background of being a vehicle technician as you will be managing and guiding the team of vehicle technicians. The main criteria will be to ensure the smooth running of the Workshop, helping the Vehicle Technicians with any diagnostic issues or technical problems, liaising with other Departments and manufacturers and be proactive in solving problems as they arise. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (no weekends) and the management is friendly with an open-door policy.
