About the Role

• Managing workshop operations and workflow across a busy setup
• Monitoring day-to-day health and safety within the workshop
• Liaising daily with the service department, sales team, and technical staff
• Managing workshop waste, chemicals, and specialist tooling
• Balancing priorities between showroom support and workshop leadership
• Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to customers

About You

• Previous Workshop Controller experience ideal, but not required
• Experience managing teams
• Technically hands-on and IT-savvy
• Excellent communication skills across departments
• Driven, detail-oriented, and confident working under pressure
• Comfortable overseeing workshop performance and team management
• Full UK driving licence required
