Workshop Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Workshop Coordinator to oversee the administrative operations relating to our Goods Out processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, communicating with the wider team to align on project objectives and facilitating efficient workshop management. 

What you'll be doing:

• Keeping operations running smoothly by utilising our operations calendar to track and manage the end-to-end workflow of rental and sales contracts in our ERP system


• Taking ownership of ensuring contract data is entered accurately and on time - supporting compliance, customer satisfaction and operational productivity


• Preparing and checking documentation for outgoing equipment and collaborating with the stores team to coordinate equipment dispatches, ensuring timely delivery and keeping clients informed of any changes


• Assisting purchasing activities as required and actively participating in workshop improvement initiatives

What experience you'll bring:

• Demonstrated customer service abilities with proven experience in delivering excellent service and client experiences


• Previous administrative experience, preferably in a sales / technical environment
  


• Proficient IT skills and ability to work with MS Office - experience in Power BI and preferably NetSuite is beneficial
  


• Enthusiasm and commitment to being a dedicated team player who can thrive in a fast paced workshop environment  and prioritise workloads to meet different deadlines
