Site Engineer Wanted - Immediate Start!

Glasgow | £40K-£50K (DOE) + OT

Are you an experienced Site Engineer?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a growing lift service company. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a growing waste and recycling organisation, ensuring maintenance, repair and inspection of the recycling plant and plant vehicles are carried out to the highest possible standard.

Qualifications

Essential:

Proven mechanical experience and relevant qualifications (NVQ’s or equivalent)
High awareness of health, safety and environmental requirements
Willingness to learn new skills and attend training when required
Own tools
Desirable:

Previous experience in the HGV or waste management sector
Full UK driving license  
Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out regular servicing, repairs and maintenance of on site machinery
Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance of on site mobile plant, as well as HGV’s and associated equipment
Report and liase with suppliers and compare pricing where required
Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety and environmental standards
Requirements

As a Site Engineer, you will also be expected to:

Have flexibility to work overtime and if required weekends
