Due to expansion of their fleet & services & promotions, we are now looking for a Fleet Engineering Manager to help strengthen their engineering team.

The Duties of the Workshop Manager will include;

• Ensure that all company vehicles  meet the high standards of the business
• Provide reactive and planned maintenance on a company vehicles
• Manage the workshop effectively
• Maintain all equipment
• Manage & supervisor the team
• Recruitment, disciplines & team rewards
• Ensure all vehicles comply to health and safety legislations

• Proven experience working in a commercial vehicle mechanic
• Proven experience managing a team of mechanics
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Professional fluency in English both written & verbally
