About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who thrives in a hands-on leadership role.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our workshop operations:

• Leading and supporting a team of mechanics
• Overseeing preventative and ad hoc maintenance of fleet vehicles
• Ensuring all compliance paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Managing parts inventory and ordering necessary components
• Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and service quality

You’ll work any 5 days from 7, from 08:00 to 16:00, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and have the autonomy to make a real impact on workshop performance and reliability.

About you

We want you to help define our collective future and show us the best way forward by bringing your mechanical expertise and leadership skills.

You’ll have previous experience as a mechanic and ideally some experience managing or working within a workshop environment. You’re a team player who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining high standards. A proactive approach and a strong sense of responsibility are key to success in this role.
