Are you a Workshop Manager or similar from a manufacturing background looking for a position at a highly reputable company that can offer leadership training to improve your managerial skills, along with progression to senior management roles?

On offer is the chance to join a market leading and ambitious company with 400 global employees, established over 30 years ago, that supplies gearboxes and motors into multiple industries such as agriculture, quarries and stage entertainment. They are looking for a replacement Workshop Manager to drive the team forward to help the company achieve their goal of continual growth in sales.

In this role, you will be leading a team of 6 workshop operatives, ensuring that all tasks such as packaging and shipment are completed efficiently along with performing basic quality and health and safety inspections to ensure standards are maintained. This is a hands-on role too, where you will be helping out with the gearbox and motor assembly alongside your team. Leadership courses will be provided to improve your leadership ability, along with assembly training to ensure you are competent using company products. There is also occasional overtime paid at 1.5X when needed.

The Role:

• Leading a team of 6 workshop operatives

• Occasional overtime paid at 1.5X

• Monthly, Quarterly and Christmas bonuses
• 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 14:00 Friday
