Location: Egham, Surrey

Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 (DOE)

Contract: Permanent, On-site

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate the workshop flow – schedule jobs, book bikes in, and help prioritise tasks so everything runs smoothly.


• Manage parts with confidence – order, track, and deliver the right components at the right time.


• Support your colleagues – work closely with technicians, preparing kits and providing “waiter service” support when needed.


• Improve efficiency – monitor suppliers, reduce lead times, and help keep costs under control.


• Champion sustainability – contribute to our green parts initiative and support our commitment to a cleaner future.

• Knowledge of motorcycle parts and workshop processes.


• Confidence using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.


• Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.


• A proactive approach and the ability to stay organised when things get busy.


• Experience in parts requisition, workshop support, logistics, or a similar environment.

📅 The Essentials

Schedule: Rotating 2‑week pattern

• Week 1: Mon–Fri, 7:00–16:30


• Week 2: Tues–Sat, 7:00–16:30

Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 (DOE)
