Workshop Powered Access Engineer

Workshop powered access engineer required. Bennett and Game Recruitment are currently representing a Plant and Tool company that are currently looking for a Workshop Engineer in Bedford. The ideal candidate will come from a strong electrical engineering background, will ideally have experience with powered access equipment.

Workshop Powered Access Engineer Position Overview

Servicing, repairing and maintaining manual and electrically powered access equipment including Eco`s, Peco`s and scissor lifts
LOLER inspections on powered access equipment and other plant
Keeping service records up to date
Adhering to workshop health & safety rules and regulations
The fleet of powered access equipment is all electric
The role requires you to do 40 hours a week but there is flexibility on the hours you do
Free lunches are also provided so it is a good working environment
The client had a brand-new fulling indoor workshop in a central location in BedfordWorkshop Powered Access Engineer Position Requirements

Experience in a similar role is desirable
CAP qualification desirable but not essential
Strong electrical background in powered access or plant industry
Work well as a team and alone
Good administrative and organisational skills
Commutable distance of BedfordWorkshop Powered Access Engineer Position Salary & Benefits

£35,000-£40,000 salary dependant on experience
40 hour working week (Flexible in the hours you work)
25 days holiday plus bank holiday
