GSE Workshop Supervisor Heathrow

Monday - Friday (Working hours TBC but will either be 8-4 or 9-5)

Salary £48,850 plus £1400 day shift allowance and £500 pa London weighting - total £50,750.

Job Information

Workshop Administrator for GSE, to include all relevant invoicing and any follow up requirements to safeguard revenue. Coordinates service schedule for Rushlift GSE, ensuring accurate records held for audit purposes.

Role & Responsibility

Service controller for GSE, maintains accurate records of completed work

Raising purchase orders to support service operations, raising capex forms when required.

Other tasks as directed commensurate with the efficient running of the organisation within the skills and capabilities of the individual and as required.

Progress & chase parts, and effectively sources from Third Parties when required

Job Requirement

Education Required: A high degree of literacy and numeracy and excellent written and spoken English.

Experience Required: Demonstrable experience as a GSE Administration supervisor in the Aviation industry or equivalent

Previous experience working in a busy Admin department essential.

Travel Required: <10%.

NVQ Admin skills certificate desirable.

Equivalent experience in lieu of degree/ certificate accepted.

Good IT skills in MS word and Excel.

A clean diving license.

Ability to gain a CRC certificate.

Thorough understanding of the Ground Handling Business and operational GSE, able to summarise requirements when ordering parts for GSE, essential.

Ability to supervise others and work collegiately within the business for maximum results

Can do attitude with a result driven mindset.

Ability to supervise others and gain best practice from any given situation
