On offer is a Workshop Team Lead position, where you will lead the workshop team, where you will play a huge part in their continued growth being responsible for pushing efficiency, H&S and training within the business.

This role would suit someone with Leadership experience within a workshop / engineering environment, looking for the ability to take the next step and lead a small team of technical experts.

The Role:
*Leading a small team of Technical Experts in the Workshop
*Supervising and supporting the team and ensuring efficient processes, training and scheduling within the team
*Monday to Friday

The Person:
*From a Fitting, Assembly, or Workshop Background with Supervisory / Lead Experience
*Looking for development and additional training
*Full UK Drivers License
