We are looking for an experienced Workshop Team Leader to lead our night shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the night shift production team.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Allocate workloads and coordinate staffing to meet production demands.
Complete shift handovers and production documentation.
Promote Health & Safety and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
Support the training and development of team members.
Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues.
Assist with production, tooling, and continuous improvement activities when required.About You

Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
Good machining or engineering knowledge.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and lead a team on a permanent night shift.Interested?
