Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and approve repair estimates, ensuring they are accurate and meet manufacturer specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to workshop staff, helping them with challenging repair tasks.
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee completed work meets the company’s high standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of workshop processes to identify areas for improvement and optimise efficiency.
• Manage warranty claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and customer service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Technical Controller or similar role in the automotive field.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and technical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• A valid driver's licence.
