Location: Birmingham City Centre

Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary: 40-50k

The Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage day-to-day operations, lettings, and tenant relationships.

- Maximise occupancy and meeting room bookings to drive revenue.

- Oversee front-of-house and café teams; catering experience a plus.

- Ensure compliance with H&S, fire safety, insurance, and legal requirements.

- Manage contractors for cleaning, maintenance, and security.

- Maintain property websites and support digital marketing efforts.

- Prepare budgets, track income/expenditure, and support financial reporting.

- Apply for grants and lead sustainability initiatives.

The Experience

3+ years’ experience in property, coworking, or workspace management. Digital marketing and/or project management experience is a bonus!
