Hybrid .Net WPF Developer South Manchester / Cheshire

Up to £70k + 5% Pension + 25 days holiday + Birthday off + Hybrid + Flexible working + Dedicated training budget

We're a software spinout/start-up on a mission to revolutionize the Security industry. Our software product integrates video, alarm/intruder systems, access control systems, with other nifty inputs and IoT telemetry to provide a comprehensive view of security and business operations. It's a .NET software product with both on-premises and cloud components.

Now, let's talk about the role itself. You'll be part of a small, agile development team that's laser-focused on creating and enhancing our software product ready for release before Summer. From design to coding, you'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle. We're looking for a hands-on problem-solver with a technical mindset and a knack for taking initiative. You'll be split between half on the development of new features and half of refactoring and maintaining respectively.

Here are the skills and traits we're looking for:

Exceptional WPF skills
.Net Core and Framework
Familiar with DevOps and agile environment
A test-driven approach with a focus on quality
A commitment to delivering excellence with an eye for detail
Time served with a Software Product vendor and or Video and ReactiveUI experience is highly desirable
2 days per week on site South Manchester

Commutable from Manchester, East Cheshire and Warrington
