Wraparound Care Practitioner (After School Club)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm - 6:30pm (15 hours per week)

St Andrew's Catholic Primary School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Wraparound Care Practitioner to join our dedicated team and support our after-school provision.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality care and supervision for children attending the after-school club.
Planning and delivering engaging activities suitable for primary-aged children.
Supporting children's social, emotional and physical development.
Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Preparing and tidying resources and activity areas.
The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Playwork or a related field.
Have experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Be enthusiastic, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
