A warm, welcoming primary school in the LE3 area is seeking an organised and proactive Wraparound Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration and smooth running of its popular Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and has excellent organisational, communication and people-management skills.

The Role

Working on a split-shift basis, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful operation of the school's wraparound provision. Responsibilities will include:

Managing breakfast and afterschool club bookings and registrations
Monitoring attendance and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating staffing rotas and arranging cover when required
Acting as the main point of contact for parents and school staff
Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed
Supporting the wider wraparound team to deliver a safe, engaging environment for pupils
Handling general administration related to the provision

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
Is confident communicating with parents, staff and external agencies
Can effectively manage bookings, schedules and staffing requirements
Has previous experience within a school, childcare or wraparound setting
Is flexible, reliable and able to work independently
Has a sound understanding of safeguarding procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
