WTG Long Term Planner

To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent

• Lead the planning and scheduling of annual maintenance, retrofits and fault response to maximise turbine availability, reliability and contractual performance.


• Own the CMMS product and ensure consistent work order management.


• Define maintenance strategies and schedules in SAP.


• Record and allocate site downtime in line with contractual agreements.


• Develop, monitor and report maintenance KPIs, including schedule compliance, backlog management, turbine availability and downtime allocation.


• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HSE, spares and logistics teams to ensure maintenance readiness.


• Lead and develop the shift-based planning team by setting priorities, objectives and performance expectations.


• Act as the main contact for planning and scheduling, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to minimise turbine downtime and drive continuous improvement.

• Extensive knowledge of offshore operations and maintenance activities.


• Strong experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.


• Good understanding of SAP PM modules and maintenance scheduling processes.


• Knowledge of power generation safety systems and HSE legislation.


• Strong teamworking and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.


• Ability to manage changing priorities with close attention to detail.


• Methodical, analytical, innovative and well-organised approach.
