Consistent workloadThe RoleYou will be carrying out a variety of domestic maintenance and refurbishment works within:

Occupied residential properties
Void properties
Housing association/social housing stock
General repairs and maintenance
Kitchen fitting and repairs
Internal joinery works
Doors, skirting, architraves and associated worksRequirements
NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
Previous experience in domestic maintenance
Full UK Driving Licence
Own hand tools
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
Social housing experience advantageousStart DateASAP
