Manage the daily setup, verification, calibration and performance of inspection equipment Monitor system performance throughout production, ensuring validation checks and product settings remain compliant Escalate equipment issues promptly while supporting maintenance, servicing and validation activities Analyse inspection data, maintain accurate records and use operational reporting to identify improvement opportunities Lead investigations into detection issues, process deviations and equipment failures, implementing effective corrective actions Support food safety, quality and audit requirements while ensuring rejected product is handled in line with site procedures What we're looking for in an X-Ray Lead
Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance and manufacturing compliance Experience operating, verifying or supporting inspection or detection equipment within a production environment Ability to interpret operational data, maintain accurate records and use reporting systems effectively Knowledge of investigation processes, root cause analysis and corrective action management Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues Working Hours – average 42 per week 1 x AM - Monday to Friday 5:30am to 3:00pm 1 x AM/PM - Tuesday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm Saturday 8:30am – 5.00pm 1 x PM - Tuesday to Friday 2.00pm – 10:30pm Saturday 8:30am – 5.00pm
