Year 1 Teaching Assistant - Central Stockport 📚

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a resilient and experienced Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time position in a mainstream Year 1 classroom in Central Stockport, starting after October Half Term.

The Role:

Supporting children with SEND within a mainstream Year 1 classroom.

Providing tailored support to help pupils access learning and develop their confidence.

Working closely with the class teacher to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has previous experience supporting children with SEND.

Is resilient, patient and confident managing challenging situations.

Is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
