Yard Foreman – Edinburgh

Salary: £36K–£40K (DOE)

Location: Murrayburn, Edinburgh

Hours: 40hrs/week | Mon–Fri | 07:15 start

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Yard Foreman to join a busy builders’ merchants in the Murrayburn area. If you know your way around a yard, enjoy keeping things running smoothly, and aren't afraid to get stuck in – this could be the job for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Running the day-to-day yard operations
Organising the team and keeping things moving
Loading/unloading deliveries and managing stock
Making sure everything’s safe, tidy, and in the right place
Leading from the front and setting the standard

What we need from you:

Forklift licence (essential)
Previous experience in a yard or warehouse – ideally in a supervisor role
Confident leading a small team and getting your hands dirty
Good with people and a solid communicator
Organised, reliable, and safety-conscious
