Yard Operative with FLT

Position 1 Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Yard Operator to join a busy manufacturing site based near Diss.

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, 37.50 per week.

The Role

* Yard Operator will follow Purchasing, Goods Inward, and company procedures.

* Unload deliveries using a forklift truck and manual handling equipment.

* Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity and quality.

* Assist with packing and shipping parts for subcontract operations.

* Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and operational requirements.

About You

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Previous experience in a Goods Inwards, Warehouse, or Yard environment.

* Valid Forklift Truck Licence required.
