Meridian business support is recruiting for a Yard operative / FLT Driver/Plant  for a Company based in Deeside.

Yard operative / FLT Driver and Plant Machinery

Must have a valid FLT licence and some other plant machinery i.e. loading shovel, Telehandler, 360 etc or if you don’t have an FLT licence then you must have other plant licences.

Operating forklift trucks (Counterbalance) and Plant Machinery safely to move, stack, and stage heavy materials.
Loading and unloading  containers, and flatbeds efficiently
Conducting daily safety checks and reporting any mechanical defects immediately.
Organising and maintaining the external yard area to ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free environmentWe are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance) issued by an accredited body like RTITB or ITSSAR
Proven experience working as an FLT Driver or Yard Operative within a fast-paced environment
Experience in outdoor yard management, including stock rotation and space optimisation.
Ability to work in all weather conditions, as the role is predominantly based outdoors.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills for checking delivery notesBenefits:

Weekly payHours & Shifts:   

Monday  - Friday  - Weekly shift Rotation

Week 1 - 6AM  - 2PM - Morning shift

Week 2 - 2PM - 10PM - Afternoon shift

Pay Rate: £13.39 per hour + £10 shift allowance

Overtime available ( Weekdays & Weekends )

Immediate start available / Weekly pay
