Pay: Up to £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

Questech Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Stores Operative / Yard Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility in Warwick. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a great work-life balance, working just four days per week.

The Role

As a Stores Operative, you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring materials and stock are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Delivering parts and materials to production areas.

* Unloading deliveries and storing stock safely.

* Maintaining cleanliness across the yard, stores and site.

* Emptying production bins and supporting waste management activities.

* Assisting with vehicle movements around site following training.

* Ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and in line with Health & Safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

* Valid Forklift Truck licence, including B2 category.

* Previous experience within a manufacturing, stores, goods-in or despatch environment.

* Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach.

* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

* Comfortable working in a physically demanding role.

What's on Offer

* Up to £16.00 per hour.

* Monday to Thursday working hours (6:00am – 4:30pm).
