Experienced Year 1 Teacher required for an excellent primary school in the Bebington area of the Wirral Your new company We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 teacher to join a friendly and supportive team at a lovely Primary School, based in the Bebington area of the Wirral. The post is for one year, starting in September 2024. The school is a vibrant and inclusive school that aims to provide a high-quality education for all pupils. Your new role As a year 1 teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs and interests of your pupils. You will also work closely with your colleagues and the senior leadership team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school. You will have access to excellent resources and facilities, as well as ongoing professional development and support. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for this year 1 role will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree Experience of teaching year 1 classes in a primary school setting Experience of Read-Write Inc phonics and the national curriculum A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning A positive and enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and grow A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
