Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.


• Support pupils’ social and emotional development in a nurturing classroom environment.


• Differentiate lessons to cater to varying learning abilities and needs.


• Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to ensure inclusive education for all.


• Assess and track pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and carers.

Requirements:

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) is desirable.


• Strong knowledge of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics strategies.


• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.


• A passion for helping young learners grow in confidence and ability.
