The Role

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that help pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about providing an outstanding learning experience for all children.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and provide effective feedback and support
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders
Encourage confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every pupil

About You

The ideal Year 1 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience within Key Stage 1. Strong classroom management skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire young learners are essential for this role.
