Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exciting and engaging curriculum for Year 1 pupils, focusing on early literacy and numeracy.


• Take on additional responsibilities within the Year 1 team.


• Support the personal and social development of pupils as they transition from Reception.


• Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure pupil success.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status.


• Experience teaching Year 1.


• Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing leadership skills.


• Passion for early years education and the development of young learners.
