The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Year 2 Class Teacher to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and supporting the academic and personal development of our Year 2 pupils.

Location: Hillingdon, London

Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) / Upper Pay Scale (UPS)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.


• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.


• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.


• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.


• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.


• Experience teaching Key Stage 1, preferably Year 2.


• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
