The Role
As the Year 2 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Support pupils in achieving key milestones in reading, writing, and maths
• Work closely with the parallel Year 2 teacher and wider KS1 team
• Maintain strong communication with parents and carers
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and enrichment activities
  
  

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• A strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and SATs preparation
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A nurturing and inclusive approach to teaching
