Year 2 Teaching Assistant (TA)

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Neasden. The school are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a year 2 class. The role is a 1:1 TA role supporting a child in the class who has been diagnosed with ADHD. Applicants should possess a genuine interest in special education, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children or individuals with SEN.

About the Role:
Year 2 general Teaching Assistant to join the school from September. You will work closely with the child, supporting their learning, development, and integration within the classroom. Key responsibilities include:

* Working with small groups and individuals to raise attainment

* Help create a positive learning environment

* Collaborating with teachers to identify gaps in learning and run interventions

* Monitoring progress and adapting support as needed
