Hold QTS and have experience teaching in KS1 (or be an ECT)
Have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, particularly Year 2 expectations and SATs preparation
Deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons
Use assessment effectively to support pupil progress
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
