What You’ll Be Doing

• Using a variety of assessment tools to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly.


• Encouraging curiosity, resilience, and independence in every child.


• Collaborating with parents and colleagues to create a strong support system for pupils.

What We’re Looking For

✅ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).

✅ Experience teaching Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2.

✅ A strong understanding of phonics, literacy, and numeracy development.

✅ A creative, engaging, and nurturing approach to teaching.
